In the last twenty years I have been working with digital development in areas such as strategy, leadership, way of working and UX. Right now I am a RTE in the agile release train Customer Security Solutions at Handelsbanken. Before that I was deputy head at Customer Engagement Management Development. And before that I worked as deputy head of LACE at Handelsbanken working with lean-agile coaching and education for lean-agile teams and teams of teams.
