In the last twenty years I have worked with digital development in areas such as strategy, leadership and UX. Right now I am RTE in the agile release train Customer Security Solutions Before that I was eputy head at Customer Engagement Management Development at Handelsbanken. And before that a worked as deputy head of LACE at Handelsbanken working with lean-agile coaching and education for lean-agile teams and trains in SAFe.

I am blogging (as a private person) about lean & agile methods, leadership and digital development here at www.klas.one. I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC6).
